Synopsis
Morning marine observations indicate that wind speeds have dropped to below advisory levels and they should continue to slowly decrease through the rest of today as a low pressure center further departs the area. Winds and seas should gradually drop below exercise caution criteria tonight with mostly light winds and low seas expected at least for the first half of next week.
