Synopsis
A developing strong low pressure system in the middle plains states will move into the lower Mississippi Valley later this afternoon. An associated cold front will swing across the north Gulf waters this evening. The broad surface low will push into the Ohio Valley region Sunday night with high pressure building into the Gulf Monday and remaining over the area through Tuesday.
