Synopsis For High Island To Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 Nm
Showers with a few embedded thunderstorms will continue to push across the coastal waters from west to east through early afternoon. A few of the stronger showers will produce wind gusts in excess of 20 knots. A cold front will move off the coast late this afternoon bringing stronger north winds and caution flags will likely be needed by tonight. Moderate to strong northeast to east flow will persist through the weekend before winds become onshore late Sunday.
