Synopsis
High pressure over the Bahamas and central Cuba will retreat into the Atlantic today...allowing a cold front to enter the eastern Gulf on Wednesday. This front will advance slowly into our vicinity on Thursday...then remain stalled nearby. The approximate edge of the Gulf Stream...as of November 30th... 17 nm S of Dry Tortugas light...on Loggerhead Key. 36 nm S of Cosgrove Shoal light...off the Marquesas Keys. 10 nm S of Sand Key light...off Key West. 19 nm S of Looe Key...off Big Pine Key. 9 nm S of Sombrero Key light...off Marathon. 1 nm se of Alligator Reef light...off Islamorada. 1 nm se of Molasses Reef light...off Key Largo. 15 nm E of Carysfort Reef light...off Ocean Reef.
