N winds 5 to 10 kt...becoming se in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. A slight chance of snow early in the morning...then a chance of snow late in the morning. Snow likely in the afternoon. Vsby 1 to 3 nm.

vessels... should avoid navigating in these conditions.
