Low pressure will continue to move off the coast today. A strong cold front will move through eastern North Carolina late today ushering in an Arctic airmass. High pressure in the northern plains will move southeast today...becoming centered over the Carolinas Monday. It will move off the coast Monday night. Low pressure will form along the coast Tuesday and move northeast. High pressure will pass through the area Wednesday.
