Boise, ID (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The Old Boise Penitentiary started out as a one cell prison in 1872 and grew to house 13,000 prisoners over 101 years. A small women's section was included Riots, fire and escapes were part of it's history. You walk in and the atmosphere is oppressive, thus the use of my "dramatic" setting on my camera.

About visionaire

It can't get much better than being outdoors and WU proves it with each photo expressing the individual vision of the experience. I apologize for not commenting more. I appreciate those who do. Right now, I am more inclined to not spend so much time on the computer and more time with my camera! Thank you to all who view my photos and to the Approvers for recognizing some of them. You all are too kind.
