About samknows2

Wow - what to say... I'm an architect who loves art of all kinds. I thought I was really good at photography until I started posting on the Weather Underground. I began scrolling through pictures and looking at what others have to share. Every day I'm blown away by the beauty captured along with how different people capture the world through a lens.I grew up in a family that raced sailboats. When I was young all the kids spent the days exploring shorelines, jetties, and inlets. At ten I started racing and with that grew a love and respect for the sea and nature. I enjoy capturing images that remind me on a daily basis of the beauty of life; those things that inspire me.Sam
