Thanks so much, Doug! You or Donna probably told me while we were hiking but I have a brain like a sieve---nearly everything falls through the holes....only a few things hang up on the wires and get retained! lol! :D

Fringed Redmaids. You can eat the leaves. When they go to seed, the black seeds can be baked and ground into flour. Very nutritious.
