Brandy VS Ice 4

Caption: I brought Brandy to Bluebill Lake for a run. The lake is frozen to about 2 inches. I was taking pics of ice bubbles, when Brandy tossed the ball to me, and it rolled on the ice. The ball was standing over a foot of water... Not dangerous, but Brandy doesn't know that. She slipped and slided, and got her ice legs... But the ice would crack when she moved onto it, so she would retreat. She came within an inch or two of the ball, and when that ice made noise, she boogied!

Watch her carefully on the ice! That is a recipe for snapping a cruciate! (My gorgeous little BC-x had two cruciate repairs. You could NOT keep that dog on the ground!!! Long may she run in the fields of my heart...)

I love visiting your pictures and seeing your girls, Liz and Brandy!!! Keep them coming!

Fair Winds,

Cap'n Jan
