Aspen Shadows

McClure Pass, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: I just loved the way this looked when the shadows cross the trunks of the aspen forming a crosshatch type pattern. Just the tiniest bit of color is starting to show in the aspen tops, but by the time I drive back, it will look completely different. It changes every time I make the a constant, living kaleidoscope. I love it!

Awesome capture, Kat!
I see this type of lines and shadows a lot, but I never seem to get it to come out like this.
Good eye!
