Looking Down The Valley

Edwards, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Where I am standing is the Scenic Overlook that I always stop at to stretch my legs and take a break, as it is just past the halfway mark of my 240 mile trip from the farm back to Denver. Even though the trees are bare, there is still color from the willows and other low growth. I thought it looked quite pretty. Not a cloud in the sky...in fact, I did not see one cloud the whole drive. That is unusual. The town you see is Edwards. The black spots in the field are cows.

I am SO SAD that WU is getting rid of the photography section. This has been the most wonderful outlet for me and my photography and I have met so many awesome people and seen photography that has been amazing on so many levels, because of WU. Thank you for the opportunities you gave us with your site. Man, I will really, really miss this. :-(
