Officer's Gulch, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: I stopped here, hoping for some good Fall color across Officer's Gulch Pond, but it was not very far along. However, after I took a couple disappointing shots and turned to walk back to the car, I thought this scene was kind of pretty with the one snowcapped mountain in the distance, so...you take what you are offered, right?

Thank you for the opportunities you gave us with your site. Man, I will really, really miss this. :-(
