Delta, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Just at the entrance to Confluence Park is the very old historical site of Fort Uncompahgre (pronounced Un-come-pah-gray). This part was closed behind a locked, except for the part that was a trading post, which they now use as an information center, I believe. It, too, was closed, but not behind the gate. I'll show a couple pictures now but this Summer I will get more when it is open to the public. This is their information plaque at the entrance.

I am SO SAD that WU is getting rid of the photography section. This has been the most wonderful outlet for me and my photography and I have met so many awesome people and seen photography that has been amazing on so many levels, because of WU. Thank you for the opportunities you gave us with your site. Man, I will really, really miss this. :-(
