I just LOVE chicory flowers!! It's always such a treat to see them bloom out come late spring,,,along the road...[the state planted them years ago!] and some other wildflowers...but,how odd,,they plant them,,then mow em all down again...make sense???? This is a really lovely shot I think!!In fact,,looking at your series here,,so many beautiful and colorful images go together....I don't have the time to rate and comment on them all right now James,,but from what I can see,,I know I can't wait to return!!! Those Cosmos [love your titles] are really delightful!

About gardner48197

If you are upset that WU Photos is closing then save the black ribbon and upload it as your profile photo... Greetings from Michigan, where we get quite a wide variety of weather changes throughout the four seasons! Originally I found this site, for the weather, and the photos kept drawing my interest! Decided to get my first digital camera in 2010, and have since upgraded to a Nikon B700. Truly an amazing, eye-opening hobby! This is a great community, so many excellent photographers and friends, so little time! I do read and appreciate every comment and email that I receive! I would like to thank everyone who contributes, for all of the great inspiration and feedback! Sometime down the road I would still like to get a DSLR camera, but for now I just hope to send a small view of life from the Great Lakes State. Home of the University of Michigan Wolverines! Go Blue! -James
