Caption: A small "rope" tornado spins through a cornfield just west of Highway 283 in Southern Kansas. The twister lasted for less then a minute.

The "rope" stage is the final stage for a tornado. It didn't seem to last long because it was already petering out. Cool shot though, I always love tornado and waterspout shots!
