Looks like some kind of onion bloom to me as well,,I had some that are finishing up,but they are not pink,,but white and green..had them in the garden spot for two years now,,they are white onions.and never did anything but spout and bloom..but,gives me some photo fodder at least! Love the smell when I step on one of the stalks..:)
