Mine has 2 stalks also but one is lagging behind. Maybe a couple more weeks for the second one.

Mine has two stalks and they are about two feet tall, and just a hint of color is showing, and I hope they stay OK. I had one that fell over one year because it got too tall, and I had to "splint" it to get the bloom and I don't want to have to do that again.
