thanks! yea, i bet everybody felt it on the east coast. it really does look different when the tide is high... gives everything a strange "floating" sensation.

Great tide shot. Yes, the tide on Sat. was amazingly high. When I went down to Jones Beach to take sunset shots by the fishing pier the tide was extremely high by the bay side. By the beach itself the tide was coming up so hard and fast. In East Rockaway and Oceanside there was flooding again. Just so interesting what the tide can do.
