Also good to know, the seed inside of the touch-me-not pod has a thin green skin. When you rub it, and gorgeous, robin's egg blue seed emerges. Love them. One of my favorite fall flowers.

Also known as "touch me not", because the seeds explode into the air when the seed pods are touched!
