Henbit, in the mint family. Yes, it's pretty, turns the hillsides pinkish-purple in late winter and early spring around here. But you're right, it spreads like measles. I have been trying to eradicate several small patches in my yard for years, but every year there's more than the one before. Gave up finally. Nice shot, Rose-Marie!

About craxy

Virginia is for lovers, and I love all kinds of flowers and outdoor scenes. Their is a person on this site whose been slamming my pictures, even tho I've never slammed hers and don't plan to start now. An angry, jealous person who treats people badly and then wonders why she has no friends. Needs counseling IMO.I just try to pay no atteniton to people like that but enjoy God;s universe, and I hope you do to. -- Rose-Marie
