Destin, FL (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The 1/4-mile trek out to the Norriega Point just south of the Destin Bridge was certainly worth it for this view. The plants are Sea Oats which help hold our beautiful sand in place. Wish you could have been with me to share.

Composition is worth everything that is poured into it, but the eye that first beholds the possibility and the excitement of the magic is what we all live through you. We get the same excitement flowing through our spirit when the right colors and the right combinations all line up to give us the rush we somehow capture on our little digital souls. The rush that fills our hearts and fills the very all of us.

Great filling and a great rush

Thank you for those nice comments. It is nice to see some of you "old timers" are still here even with the new format.
I do not post many photos anymore since the thrill is gone with my old point and shoot cameras and getting them onto the computer and then to WU.
Only very recently have I learned how to take photos with my iPad and I can instantly post them in an email or on Facebook and shall soon figure out how to get a photo into WU.
Now, that'll be fun!

Wish I could've been there, too. But this fine image you've captured is the next best thing.

About cincobayou

Hi Y'All! Thank you for taking a look at my photos here. This is all pretty new to me, since right before Christmas 2007. I was told about this site by MaryEstherFLA, whom I met at Liza Jackson Park taking photos one evening. Hopefully I will learn how to make one of those maps that shows location of people who view my photos. I think they are pretty neat! I work in the meat department in Sam's Club in Fort Walton Beach. I am "The Chicken Lady" who prepares and cooks those wonderful rotisserie chickens for you every day!
