Great shot! Next time someone tries to tell you dogs are stupid, think back on this picture, and on the millions of physics calculations that have to be done on the fly to keep track of that ball, get under it, and catch it, all without any training in physics whatsoever. Smart doggie! :^)

Fantastic mid-air action. Those eyes are not about to lose that ball for a second.

About Tsurai

I'm fortunate enough to live 'way up on the northwestern coast of northern California, an area sometimes referred to as The Humboldt Nation, or the land behind the redwood curtain. Work takes me on the road six months a year, but the rest of the time is mine to surf, kayak, fish, watch birds, and of course take photographs of this remarkable region.
