Hi there, I have often wondered why they just don't finish knocking down these old derelicts rather than leaving them for kids to find. I remember as a kid I too had an old house that had been left to rot and rotten it was. Not a safe place for kids to play and yet many of us would go there looking for "treasure" or perhaps a ghostie or two....LOL To think how unsafe it was for us to be playing there. You never know when the floor would give out under foot.

Anyway, wanted to say I love your picture and hope to see many more of your works on here. I now live in the Chatham area whereas I was an Ottawa Valley girl growing up.
