Waxwing on Ice

Caption: Male Cedar Waxwing clinging to an ice covered branch. Had a bad ice storm pass through, coating everything in over half an inch of ice. The red "wax" on the wing tips indicate that this is a male.Looking a lot like the red wax that used to be used to seal important documents, it's what gave the Waxwing its name.
