I haven't actually caught one there either but have seen it several times. I always enjoyed going to the market when I lived in Seattle, it is a fun place for sure. Arlene

How fondly I remember my first & only visit to Pike Place Market. I am from New England. I marveled at the view of the Olympic mountains from the rear windows -- such a view while being in the midst of a large city. And, yes, we witnessed the fish tossing, and the tiny lobsters! We wondered how the lobsters could be caught and sold at that small size. Perhaps they were large crayfish!

It was fun! We ended up buying a bag of candy from the candy shop there. She had a big gummy bear made with little gummy bears. Of course I took a picture of it.

About RadioDJgirl

My name is Tresa, thank you for stopping by to look at and comment on my photos! I'm a native of California, I spent 5 years in Ohio, and 1 year in Iowa before moving to Wenatchee Washington. I am a radio personality, a wife, mother, and a Christian. This site is so addicting and fun! I enjoy sharing my surroundings with you and checking out your photos as well. I love weather/landscape photography, but my real passion is portrait photography, because I like to make people happy when they see how good they can look in a photo. I joined this site around 2003 and you have all taught me so much about photography. I think my first submission was a sort of landscape that I accidentally took on the "flower" setting and someone here helped me out. I think I've learned more here, than I did in my photography class in college. Currently working part time in radio and you can listen on your computer by clicking the listen live button at http://kissin977.com/ or http://kw3.com/
