Thank you both! PugetSoundPost, it was foggy and overcast till we got on the ferry and started moving across the water.

A nice, bright photo that is a treat for me, as I live only a few miles inland from this location (very near the NE shore of Lake Washington) and it was dense FOG all day on Sunday, barely above freezing, and it had been the same for several days prior! What a difference a few miles made, and I didn't even realize it! Now we are back to the usual overcast and rain, so you caught a nice time for your excursion on the waterfront. Thanks for sharing!

A gloriously clear day in the city known for drizzle and fog - lucky you! and lucky us that you shared these beautiful images.

I had to confirm with my husband, but you are correct on it being the Alaska way viaduct. It was a beautiful day!

That must be the Alaska way viaduct in the foreground I am assuming, neat clear shot. Nice weather I see also.

My name is Tresa, thank you for stopping by to look at and comment on my photos! I'm a native of California, I spent 5 years in Ohio, and 1 year in Iowa before moving to Wenatchee Washington. I am a radio personality, a wife, mother, and a Christian. This site is so addicting and fun! I enjoy sharing my surroundings with you and checking out your photos as well. I love weather/landscape photography, but my real passion is portrait photography, because I like to make people happy when they see how good they can look in a photo. I joined this site around 2003 and you have all taught me so much about photography. I think my first submission was a sort of landscape that I accidentally took on the "flower" setting and someone here helped me out. I think I've learned more here, than I did in my photography class in college. Currently working part time in radio and you can listen on your computer by clicking the listen live button at or
