Sea Fog Sun Rise

Caption: We have been on the favorable side of the omega high for over a week. The ocean water temperature is still in the 40s, but the overriding air can be almost double that at times. Last night the sea fog rolled in, and I was lucky enough to watch it begin to roll out early this morning.

Thanks, Ingrid. I was pleased to get a bit of blue, and that wonderful soft, white, low cloud mist. Delighted that you noticed!

Thanks, Eileen. Fog is SO elusive - getting a good capture seems to be a matter of luck and timing. This morning's event ranged from dark and gloomy to bright and almost sunny within a matter of moments!
