Great photo, people love watching the Shuttle and I regret that the program is ending. I once was lucky enough to have a parking space in the VIP section ... about as close as you can get if you aren't IMPORTANT. LOL. It was just awesome and the earth really rumbled. But I am also lucky to have watched most of the shots at the end of my street or from a short walk to the beach. Night shots have been my favorite !!

The sheer magnitude of seeing a shuttle launch stays with you. Saw Atlantis launch on 2/7/2008 from the deck of a cruise ship at Port Canaveral. Cheers & tears everywhere!

Wasn't it awesome? I've only seen one in person but hope to see the last launch of Atlantis in June. Nice photo of the crowd and lift off, Dr. Masters.
