Copper Mountain, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: I saw this as I was driving between Copper Mountain and Dillon, pulled of on the shoulder and walked back to take the shot. There are certain aspen trees that go past the gold and get this reddish color and they always catch my eye! The hawk (eagle?) was making lazy circles over these beauties, giving me a little bonus! I think I was closer to Copper Mountain, so I'll use that for location.

I am SO SAD that WU is getting rid of the photography section. This has been the most wonderful outlet for me and my photography and I have met so many awesome people and seen photography that has been amazing on so many levels, because of WU. Thank you for the opportunities you gave us with your site. Man, I will really, really miss this. :-(
