Westfield, NC (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: All day long we have had fierce winds and heavy clouds from Hurricane Sandy, but very little rain and no damage so far as I can tell. The overcast has been so thick we could not even tell where the sun was. For awhile this afternoon, a spate of these weird sculpted clouds came over, moving very fast, generally a sign of violent, turbulent weather and often accompanied by hail. Fortunately, that didn't happen for us. This looks like B&W, but I assure you it is in natural color, lightly saturated.
