Well, no this is not the Rialto Bridge - it is a bit fancier after checking my daughter's photo. But this bridge in your photo is used heavily to get to the other side of canal shops. I think Venice is an amazing city! One of the highlights of my trips to Italy.

The Rialto Bridge? I think! Great capture of both sides of it. I did not realize I was at the famous bridge and have all of it in two shots! Did not get the whole thing in one shot. My daughter got a shot of the whole thing during a festival and it was all decorated with flags etc.

Wonderful city scene Betty! I use to think this was so foreign (boats in "streets" with push poles) but then I moved to southern Louisiana. Of course most boats I see have motors but they still have to use boats to get to their houses.
