Thank you gingyb for the nice comment. Unfortunately my roses have gone wild this year and are overtaking the porch. Have not been well enough to look after them properly this summer but in the next couple of weeks, my lawn guy and I are going to trim them back and give them a good feeding for winter. They should do much better next Spring and summer. I have one at the corner of the house that is up to the eaves again and needs to be brought down to about 3 feet. With all the rain we had this summer, they grew like weeds...LOL My weeping cherry also needs a good trimming back as do my bushes in the backyard. Everything doubled in size this summer.
