The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* flood advisory for...
southeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...

* until 645 PM MDT

* at 350 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-
moving thunderstorms. So far, 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has
occurred in this area during the last hour. This will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Laramie County.
