north central Culberson County in southwestern Texas...

* until 430 PM CDT/330 PM MDT/

* at 223 PM CDT/123 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due
to thunderstorms. This will cause Arroyo and small stream flooding
in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McKittrick Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe
Mountains National Park.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
