... A strong thunderstorm capable of producing hail and gusty wind
will affect central Harrison and southeastern Tuscarawas counties...

At 332 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Freeport,
moving east at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph and hail up to the size of nickels are
possible with this storm.
