The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a

* Arroyo and small stream flood advisory for...
east central Valencia County in central New Mexico...
west central Torrance County in central New Mexico...

* until 330 am MDT.

* At 132 am MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms in The Meadow lake area and eastward over the
Manzano Mountains. Rio del Oro loop as well as capia peak Road and
Robin Hood drive will be impacted. This will cause Arroyo and
small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Manzano, Meadow Lake, Torreon and Tajique.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* Arroyo and small stream flood advisory for...
southeastern Torrance County in central New Mexico...

* until 300 am MDT.

* At 101 am MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
moivng thunderstorms extending from near Willard towards Cedarvale
and Duran. The storms were drifting towards the southeast. This
will cause Arroyo and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Cedarvale, State Road 42 as well as County roads 11 and 14 and
Lucy trail.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
