The Flood Warning continues for
the big Blue River near surprise.
* At 6:45 PM Friday the stage was 7.7 feet... or 0.7 feet above flood
stage.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Forecast... the river will fall to below flood tonight.
* Impact... at 7.0 feet... County Road 24 1/2 will begin to flood
downstream of surprise. In addition, the City Park near the gage
site begins to flood.
