Special Statement

... Areas of dense fog impacting the morning commute...

Areas of dense fog with visibilities less than mile, and locally
less than a half mile, across the eastern Piedmont, sandhills and
the coastal plain will impact the rush hour morning commute.

Be on the lookout for sudden changes in visibility. Visibility
can drop quickly over short distances, especially near rivers,
lakes and other low-lying areas.
