The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* flood advisory for...
Benton County in central Missouri...
Morgan County in central Missouri...

* until 445 PM CDT

* at 1051 am CDT, the Department of Transportation reported minor
flooding across portions of Benton and Morgan counties. Up to
three inches of rain has already fallen. Rain has ended, however,
residual flooding will continue into the afternoon.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
