morning...

* location... Anne Arundel County.

* Tidal departure... one half to one foot above normal.

* Timing... around the time of high tide early this morning. High
tide at Annapolis is at 6:21 am.

* Impacts... water is expected to pond in the parking lot at
Annapolis city dock. Minor shoreline inundation is possible
elsewhere.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
