Areal Flood Advisory
Issued: 10:37 PM PDT Aug. 23, 2017 – National Weather Service

The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a

* flood advisory for...
north central San Bernardino County in Southern California...

* until 1230 am PDT

* at 1031 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms had fallen over the hills near State Route 127 about
20 to 30 miles north of Baker. This will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central San
Bernardino County and will likely impact low lying sections of
State Route 127 between 20 and 32 miles north of Baker.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Do not drive through water of unknown depth.
