The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
rain and snowmelt in...
northeastern Weber County in Utah...
south central Cache County in Utah... specifically for the Little
Bear river from the headwaters to Hyrum Reservoir

* until 545 am MDT Friday

* at 838 am MDT, heavy rain in addition to rapid snowmelt has caused
Little Bear river above Hyrum Reservoir to rise significantly.
Minor flooding is expected to continue today.

    * Flood stage - 9.7 feet or 1200 cfs

    * current stage - 9.89 feet or 1287 cfs

    * crest time - 1 PM Thursday March 23, 2017

    * crest height - 9.96 feet or 1321 cfs

    * the Little Bear river above Hyrum Reservoir will remain above
    flood stage through 3 am Friday March 24, 2017

    * at 9.89 feet (1287 cfs) minor flooding will affect farmland and
      low lying areas adjacent to the Little Bear river near the
      town of Paradise.


* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Paradise and Avon.
