The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of south central Iowa... including the following areas...
Appanoose... Clarke... Decatur... Lucas... Mahaska... Marion...
Monroe... Ringgold... Union and Wayne. In southeast Iowa... Davis
and Wapello. In southwest Iowa... Adams and Taylor.

* Through Thursday morning

* the combination of recent rainfall and the possibility of
additional storms with heavy rainfall in excess of 2 inches
with locally higher amounts possible may lead to flash
flooding.

* Water issues both in town and outside of town may occur...
including covered roads... washed out gravel roads and rapid
rises on streams are possible tonight.
