Issued: 11:36 AM EST Jan. 22, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory now in effect until noon EST Monday...

* visibility... while some areas will see a little improvement in
visibility this afternoon... dense fog will persist across much
of northern Michigan through Monday morning with visibilities at
a quarter mile or less.

* Impacts... low visibilities will lead to difficult driving
conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
