Issued: 2:03 PM EDT Aug. 28, 2016 – National Weather Service

A strong line of thunderstorms will sag south across the area this
afternoon. Frequent lightning... brief heavy rains and wind gusts
in excess of 45 mph are likely as this line moves through. The
line is expected to push south across the Toledo area by 3 PM and
will reach the Bowling Green and Fremont areas by 4 PM. Ponding of
water on roadways is likely as these storms move through. Rainfall
rates will be as high as two inches per hour.
