... Coastal Flood Watch remains in effect from Wednesday morning
through Wednesday afternoon...

* coastal flooding... 2 to 3 feet inundation... water levels of up
to 2 feet above normal tides.

* Timing... early Wednesday afternoon. High tide in this region is
generally between 1 PM and 2 PM EDT.

* Impacts... flooding primarily limited to docks and coastal
access roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal Flood Watch means that conditions favorable for
flooding are expected to develop. Coastal residents should be
alert for later statements or warnings... and take action to
protect property.
