... Coastal Flood Warning in effect until 1 am EDT Friday...

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a coastal Flood
Warning... which is in effect until 1 am EDT Friday. The coastal
flood advisory is no longer in effect.

* Location... midcoast and southwest coast of Maine and New
Hampshire.

* Timing... between 11 PM Thursday night and 1 am Friday morning.

* Impacts... splash-over and coastal flooding. Some pockets of
moderate coastal flooding are expected with roadways flooded a
foot deep.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or
imminent. Coastal residents in the warned area should be alert
for rising water... and take appropriate action to protect life
and property.
