* winds: west 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 80 mph.

* Timing: strong winds will continue through late Wednesday
evening.

* Impacts: strong winds may blow down some trees and power lines,
possibly causing isolated power outages. Travel will also
become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles traveling
on north to south orientated roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph, or gusts
of 58 mph or more, can lead to property damage.
