Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 4:04 AM EST Feb. 25, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 am EST this
morning...

Hazardous weather...

* lake effect snow showers will produce additional snow
accumulations of 1 to 2 inches through daybreak this morning.
The most snow will fall over the higher terrain. The snow
showers will begin to diminish after 7 am EST.

* Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and
drifting snow through the morning, especially near Lake
   Superior.

Impacts...

* travel may be difficult at times early this morning with snow
covered roads and visibility reduced to under one mile at
times in falling and blowing snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

* a Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
   driving.
